They say that there is no bigger smile than that of a person after they return from flying. So this is the case with photographer Matt Faubion who flew with pilot Ian Reid in his two-place Calidus autogyro. Reid flew the autogyro with his wife Linda from the Lower 48 to their home in Homer, Alaska. Reid, a dealer is hoping to start a flight school and sell the snappy Calidus autogyros to Alaskans later this summer.
